spices, organic cayenne is amazing! Salsa, sugar free maple syrup(only get Cary's! its the best), salt free seasonings

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Morning :4-5 egg whites, 1/8th c oatmeal, 1/2 c broccoli, bee pollen, 1 TBSP yogurt for the bacteria, cinnamon, sugar free syrup, multivitamin
2nd:3 oz chicken breast or any fish(I try for as much salmon possible mmm)and a salad or broccoli(I usually buy the frozen florets and zap in the microwave...frozen is usually fresher than real)
3rd:same
4th: Usually after my workout so Whey protein...sometimes its muscle milk or muscle milk light RTD's. and Vit C and complex B
5th: chicken or fish or steak and broccoli or salad(like the other meals)
