I've always been into fitness/aerobics, but I was so thin and I really didn't appreciate my physique.
I finally found my way into a supplement store and saw a picture of the ever so famous "Penny Price" ~ I said, "Now, that's what I want to look like"! Hence, bought a book by Dr. Joyce Verdal and I haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love? Bodybuilding not only builds your body, but your mind. I find when I do something old or new, my mind is so much more focused on the "proper" way to approach it. Technique is key to success.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly take pictures of myself. I make sure if I don't see change, then I need to make that change; albeit in diet or routine.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting through a very bad motorcycle accident and coming back to the gym after I had seven broken bones. I'm back and I'm looking forward to do the Master's Nationals in 2008.

Wow, I'll bet going that far, makes for some great cardio. No wonder your legs look the way they do. Good luck with the 100 miles, keep me posted. Later, Anton
I'll give it a try, its been a number of years since I have had one. I've been doing that insane quad routine on the main site and I am makin some gains. How about a progress pic from you?
Thanks for the advice. You'll have to read my blog about the bike accident I had a few days ago. I hadn't been riding for some time, so I guess that's what happens when you least expect it, lol. It's really hard to believe you're 50. So by biking, you haven't lost any size to your legs, right?
