How I Started: I really got started working out after my graduation from high school a couple of years ago. I was always big into playing sports throughout high school, (Football, Baseball) but never really focused on the weights as much.

Ok so heres the thing, I'm going to be going to Florida for a week, and won;t be able to work out or follow my diet 100%, but I don't want to totally screw up my progress...I will be drinking alcohol and eating out a decent amount (cuz i mean come on its vacation)...any one have any tips or...

haha. good work with your back! You should tell me what routine you did. I love getting a sore back. I try to eat as clean as possible, but I can't seem to give up cheating at night or consuming copious amounts of peanut butter every night before hitting the sack! Lord Help me!
