1.you have to eat clean and healthy. if you are at a restaurant like golden caral,ryans,or olive garden you can eat lots of protein, carbs, and some fats

hey man sorry so long for the comment back been stationed at ft sill ok for little but all i did to gain weight man i ate alot alot 8000+ calories a day even if i coldnt eat anymore i did just get a good diet in check and the wieght will start catchn up to you man make sure to get 1.5 to 2 grams of protien per poud of bodyweight also hope this works out man good luck hope you reach your goals

sorry for the late reply man to your question. lifting as heavy as possible, being an animal in the gym and making huge sacrifices on the nutrition front got me where i am today. its as simple as that.

whats up man the slow way to gain food is to you ur typical breakfest lunch and dinner but if you wanna gsin weight quick im talking in a month you gain at least 7 pds at least for me it did eat 5 miles a day take in the amount of protien you weigt and take i serving of muscle juice a day u WILL gain weight thanks

Lots of complex carbs and complete proteins + working your ass off. Eat lots of peanutbutter, cottage cheese, chicken, brown rice and milk. Stuff like that. Fish too.

also 8-12 glasses water a day 8 hours sleep a night multi vitamin,creatine forumla,and occasionally nitrix oxide and glutamine which are all basic supplements that are non steroidal pce

spinach,romaine lettuce,egg whites,sweet potatoes,whole wheat rice or pastas,Strawberries,blueberrie s,protein powder 100 perwent whey basically just kept it strict and simple eat a meal with all 3 PCF PROTEIN CARBS AND FAT.AND EAT ENOUGH SO UR FULL FOR 3 HOURS THEN EAT ANOTHER..THE KEY IS TOO STAY ANABOLIC sean

Im not trying to say your wrong. But most likely those stats on that muscle tech stuff is complete bullshit. They cant exactly measure 1.5 inch and .5 to your body in muscle. If anything its a weight gainer. I just lift and as hard as I can and hope to be sore.

Nah man I drink a shit load of water, milk, and Vitaman C(Bad in sugars). I work out 5 days a week sometimes 6. I play soccer everyday so I mean cardio is going to **** up my weight gains. But my leg workouts with that will get it all back for me.

Actually man. You can take pictures, Check out mine.. I started out with nothing and just check the little improvements. Just take pictures every 2 weeks of whatever msucles you worked out. Remember weere in a damn competetion now brotha =D Good luck too. Any questions I can help ya.

thanx for the add bro...you want to kow how i gained weight?i ate till i felt sick i put so many calories in my body,i trained basic using bench press deads squats chins straight bar curls and military press or seated press, a gd weight gainer and protien powder,plenty of rest when im out side the gym cos thats were you grow and repaor hope this helps bro
