Mainly girls I was tired of being skinny. I felt so small but I was always naturally strong so when I first entered the gym, my body changed in a month. Been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I feel like Im on top of the world when I train. I just love the pain for some odd reason. The burning sensation you get when your pounding out reps.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its my crack and Im hooked and want let go.

No supplements Im at 210 and counting. I have gained 60 lbs in almost three years at 5% body fat. God is the truth. Without him Im nothing.
Goal (Long):
Overall muscle mass. I want to keep my small waist with about a 30lb gain of muscle. Need more separation in quads. I want a better sweep, bigger and better hams and calves. I also want my spine erectors to be more define so I got to step it up in my deadlifts Overall I am well rounded just want to keep everthing in check with each other.
wow man sorry for the delayed responce been on some other stuff...but yeah training is going well really trying to focus on my legs...been killing them in the gym...i want to bring them up...I feel like they're my weak spot hopefully it will pay off...lookin at 2 comps in July

Yep just one gut busting set to complete failure on each exercise! I trained back and chest last night, had a great workout and it feels like I got hit by truck today! Check out my blog titled "Are you overtraing?"
