When I Started:
How I Started: I was always athletic with cheerleading, surfing, and such. Now that i'm out of highschool I can't get away with eating whatever I want.
Why I Love It: Um, I don't LOVE it. My friends all go out to eat all the time & drink. It's a struggle--but i'm finding out that it's worth it. I do like my bikini's fitting better though ;)
How I Stay Motivated: Having always to do promo's for Budweiser,UFC, etc requires little clothing.I want to be happy with my body.
It's easy for me to get pumped up by some MMA, surfing, or hiking. Outdoors girl all the way.
BB Accomplishments: The amount of promo's and photo shoot offers have been adding up--that's a good thing!!

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Ugh...cardio!
Goal (Long): I'd like to show that it's possible for myself to to transform my body while balancing my teaching career, coaching cheerleading,and doing promotions. I want to be in a position where i'm constantly confident with my body before going to model for any event, whether it's UFC, Tough Man, or Bud Light. Right now i'm just working on cutting down with a clean diet and dreaded cardio. Lifting is the easy part :)

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Put on the gym clothes as soon as I get home from work and put in a lifting CD

Okay, time for an update. I've moved to Charleston, SC and I'm now doing real estate, Herbalife, UFC, and Budweiser promotions. I took 2 months off all work when I moved down here and was able to eat right and exercise 90 something % of the time. Now however, I have to work for it. Here's what...
