How I Started:
Well, growing up...I've always been little, skinny and had a very fast metabolism. I weighted 113 pounds the year I graduated from high school/started college. Now, that I'm older, I think I can seriously add some muscle mass. I've always been interested in fitness, nutrition and living a healthy active lifestyle. Now, I just want to take it to a new level while adding muscle.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great. Keeps me younger looking (compared to others in my age group). A great stress reliever from work in corporate America. Helps me keep up with my three young ones. Also, want to be a healthy & fit role model for them.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading about fitness and bodybuilding. Music on my ipod. Seeing others here on BodySpace and their progress. Positive comments from family and friends. The MIRROR (I know, I know...a little narcissistic)

Thank you Ed. You have about the exact same build I did when i started getting into it seriously. I was 5'8" about 145 or so. Low reps and lots of sets, good luck brother.
lol...hey no problem! :) I finally decided to get serious about training and got a PT a few weeks ago (Vshape here) so I'm hoping he can kick my buttski into shape this year..hahah
pretty good. my injury healed after 3 days. i pulled a muscle from jerkin the weight up doin front raises. im goin home in a month so im hella excited for that
I went to UD for a little while, Wright State also. Last time I was home as 2001. I dont know if I can handle the cold weather now, I am used to Florida now :)

Thanks, Brother! Can't really see it myself, but the scales say it's there, so I believe! Just changed up my lifting program a little, and got some new supplements from the BB.com store, so hoping for great things!!
