i guess i got started because it just got to hard to stay up with my 7 year old son.being a single parent with work and house duties play time got ruff to keep up with him.
Why I Love It:
it does make me feel better and i'm not as tired when the weekends come around.i feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
10-25-08 i think the best motivation now is my son saying daddy you are getting big like the ppl in the mag's now!!
BB Accomplishments:
umm, i guess that i'm past the point of no return i cant wait to get in the gym every time now.

this was taken about 4 months after i started i was 225lbs.i want to get down to whatever it takes to get a nice lean waist back.
just wondering to myself do i keep trying to bulk,since it is winter and i can hide the extra pounds:) or do i go ahead and start dieting and lean.my first thoughts are to just keep bulking until mid jan.then start leaning out for summer.the only thing is i'm worried that if i keep bulking how...

Hey honey! The new year is great so far...minus the sore throat...but I think that is just due to me going out the other night...I do not handle smoke to well, it makes me a little congested and makes my throat hurt...other than that I am doing great! How is the new year treating you? And I like the AVI pic...looks good!
Pretty good so far, just gotta get into eating those 6 small meals. I love to eat a few big meals a day, but I know for digestion and my metabolism it's not the best thing for my body. Also tryin to figure out what type of fat burner to take that is safe and works.
