Home life was rough, so for sakes of preserving my sanity I started lifting.
It started as a way for me to blow off steam and then somewhere in between my focus on technique & form and signs of progress I began to do it for myself because I was diggin' it.

BB Accomplishments:
Within six mos.
squat -- 185lbs to 315lbs
Flat bench -- 155lbs to 185lbs
Barbell curl -- 65lbs to 95lbs
I'm still a lil' dude but I'm workin' my balls off and doin' it xpoison freex.

30days -- I fully intend to have a noticeably bigger upper body.
I couldn't do 'em in high school and I still look all kinds o' goofy doin 'em! I'm really trying to push my power cleans, clean and jerks, snatches and deadlifts -- I dig the really athletic lifts .... but I suck at snatchin. I did like twenty sets last night just trying to perfect...

Well I have gotten so many mixed reviews about it but will just try it. I used it again today and used 2 scoops. I get a good rush and a good workout but it is sort of short-lived. But I have just begun. I have to give it more time. How is training?
Awesome -- I'm glad you like the M Stak. Definitely one of my favorites! All is good here. I've been off my supps & on a regular persons diet for the past 10 days or so. Re-evaluating my clean bulk diet & starting a new cycle of supps. Looking forward to some more gains! Glad you're liking the arm splits! Take care.
No kidding man! As for arms, I hit them twice a week. Tris w/ chest on Mon, bis w/ back on Tues then just arms on Fri. It's worked great for me. Just mixing different curls or presses & always burning out on Friday. I'll PM you an example.
