When I Started:
May, 2008
How I Started:
I had always been into sports, especially basketball. Getting out of high school I decided to go play college ball, but after transferring colleges and having to sit out I decided I want to possibly start bodybuilding since all I could do during those months of not playing ball was lift. I was watching tv late one night and saw Jay Cutler, that's when I decided I wanted that life.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me in great shape and I love seeing the transformation that lifting does to my body. I love seeing myself get bigger month after month. Its truly addicting and it's a life I love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see women, and even other men look at my arms when I'm wearing a cut off or look at me in the pool. It feels good to know that people respect the physique and that motivates me. Also seeing these guys just a few years older than me going for their pro card and having a physique that is amazing I respect and hope to one day reach. No miracle, just hard work over the next many years of my life.
BB Accomplishments:
Haven't competed yet, just started to take bodybuilding serious as an aspect of my life, but hoping to compete within the next year and a half or two. I have to feel comfortable with my size and definition before I decide I really will compete.

Just getting into the mix. A lot more mass to go.
Showing some good progress. This was taken after a few days of being sick with strep throat.
i definitely have noticed that i have to change up my routines because it gets to a point where my workouts get boring and that my muscles don't respond anymore. i've decided to keep the supps simple. i do want to try all the cool new supps out there, but money wise i'd rather stick to the tried and true products. it's definitely more about the nutrition so focusing on that more. definitely a tough thing, but trying my best. keep it up!
sup bro?! great job thus far... gaining 9 lbs in a month is a good thing... takes me longer to gain weight as i'm a hardgainer, but it's slowly happening. keep it up!
We still need to hook up sometime soon. I have been traveling to Hardcore every day. We have a bodybuilding team, and are all prepping for March, April, and May shows. Consider it!! Three pro's including myself, along with maybe 10 amateurs, and 5 to 10 novice. Great opportunity for your first show!!
I love them. But with any pre-workout supplement, you will notice reduced results as time goes on, like after 1 to 2 months, then switch to another product or go off them completely. I also like MuscleTech Vapor!
Just want to make a quick comment, "solid 9 lbs" in a month is not possible. Has to be water/hydration. Body just cant manufacture muscle that fast, BUT having said that, great job, you look solid and making gains.
Thank you for the friendship invite Neil, I appreciate it. I apologize for the delay in my ability to say hello - I am in the midst of finals :) Your profile picture is really amazing - the definition on your arms pops!!!! Best wishes for continued success on your training.
Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training! Speacilly ABS, chest and biceps! Keep working as before and you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
