I did 35 min on the treadmil at an avg speed of 3.2 mph and at 3% incline.........

Breakfast: 10:00am

1 whole egg-1 piece of lean sausage-1 english muffin

Lunch 12:45pm

3oz smoked salmon-1 cup salad greens with oil/vin dressing

3:00pm

yogurt n apple

 6:00pm

8oz angus...
