I want to get down to 15% body fat. My goal is to lose 5-7% body fat per month until I reach my goal. I've never been that low in body fat(that I know of anyway). I've always wanted to see muscle definition in my legs and abs. I've always been athletic and involved in sports, dance, etc. I know I can achieve this goal. It will just take a lot of work and dedication.
Well I'm just trying to keep up with the gym right now. I'm back in school and it is so hard finding the will to get there. Some days I want to go to let off some steam, but others I just want to relax. I'm trying to get there 5 times a week. The only days I take off are the days I'm at school...
B.Bunni here reporting 4 duty...I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk! WOW- i never new those people had to have so much school. i hope the money they make when they get there pays for the loans they got in just getting there.
That is the main thing – you had fun. I do the 10k races with my Dad. We like to see who can get the better time. So far, we are tied at one race apiece. The tie-breaker is coming up on the 26th!
It really is mostly about how you eat,hate to say it but true.You can kill yourself at the gym but you'll never see the results unless you eat right consistantly.
YUP nobody want to see a beer belly right.And i don't want to see one on me either:)that would be depressing.i'll have to put some more progress picks up soon.And you?
