nice, I am doing arms today. For the legs, try the following: Squats 3 sets of 8-10 Deadlifts 3 sets of 8-10 Walking Lunges 3 sets of 20 steps Leg Extensions 3 sets of 8-10 Leg Curls 3 sets of 8-10 Once you have the motions of the exercises down, start pushing yourself with heavier weights. Good luck. I hope this helps.
