When I Started:
Nov, 2006
How I Started:
My life as an anorexic, turned bulimic, turned party-girl was spiraling out of control...
I happened upon an Oxygen magazine in the checkout lanes at the grocery store. One look at the sexy female physiques within, and I was sold!
It was the directives within Oxygen from which I learned the basics of weight training and proper nutrition. After that, I joined Team Scivation.
Why I Love It:
I love achieving personal goals and feeling great about the lifestyle I live.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just take a look at a hot chick with a stellar physique and that's all there is to it! I want to step on stage in figure for the first time in June 2009. I've got work to do!
BB Accomplishments:
1) In Spring 2008 I joined Team Scivation, trained hard, ate properly, and traded in a little bit of fat for a good amount of muscle!
2) Female Transformation of the Week!

You can go to the gym seven days a week, hold dumbbells, and lay on benches all you want. But you can't reach your physique goals through osmosis. Your gym attendance doesn't mean shit if you're not sucking wind, fighting nausea, and soaking wet after a workout. (Chris Shugart)

Struggling with anorexia and a very distorted body image. Horrible days.
I'm 25 weeks out from my first competition. Time to melt fat with the guidance of the one and only GoddessAthlete! Stay tuned for some good stuff to come!
Goal (Long):
I will step on the figure stage in June 2009. Athough it will most likely be the one and only time I compete, it will be a great moment of achievement for me.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
ANYTHING CAN BE DANGEROUS WHEN PERFORMED WITHOUT CARE. I've learned to be cautious of how fast I progress with weight, never adding more than 10% (either through reps or weight or a combo of both) each week. Going faster than that (which I've done) leaves me susceptible to injury. Whenever I begin to lose form and ROM on any given movement, the set is OVER.ANYTHING CAN BE DANGEROUS WHEN PERFORMED WITHOUT CARE. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?

I'm sure you didnt do that much damage lol....Yes Im still on CHA....4 weeks left...trying to stick it out, but Im not sure...I feel like Ive hit a plateau...so are you finished with Team Scivation? Thats so funny that you are wotking with Goddess Athlete-I emailed her about a week ago :)
at first I feel like saying you dont need anybody to help you because you re muscular and ripped already but I guess Goddessathlete cant do any damage on you judging by how she looks. But what kind of help do you need in the kitchen?
Yea I am. I took it nice and relax for holidays and now I feel like I m energized again. I see you didnt seem to have taken too much slack in your training. That s a really nice pic you have on there btw
