I wanted to make a difference with myself. My attitude and emotions throughout life were all jumbled up. I needed a way to sort out all of my feelings after some family and friends death. I took all of that stress and angry out on exercise. Now I realize it was one of the best things I have ever done. Not only did I manage to sort out my feeling about their passing but I managed to put myself back in control of my life. As from mid-June 2008, I will be changing this on and off training to a more permanent activity.
Why I Love It:
It serves as a great stress antidote that enables me to put my thoughts in pospective. It enpowers me to do anything I want. As a result of this, I can feel great and look good. In addition to which, it provides me with more than sufficient energy to remain physical and mentally active.
How I Stay Motivated:
By observing my results on paper and in the mirror, recieving compliments and getting advice from the rest of you fitness people out there.
BB Accomplishments:
To date, doing a 3km run without any asthma interference nor fatigue.
Gaining at least 7kg of muscle by Christmas 08. Then I would be 73kg.
Goal (Long):
Wanting to be a healthy and very active guy weighing at least 78kg permanently. Whatever gains I obtain after this will be a great bonus. Ideally, I'd like to reach 85kg some day down the track. It is as a result of this that I could really feel, look and be fit, maybe even beat some of my mates in a few sports for once.
Hi John.how are you, mate? good work with your biceps and triceps.and your chest?keep up the hard work and take more proteins.hope to hear from you.soon.take care
hey buddy! I don't have any kind of IM. I wouldn't mind sharing info and stats if you are interested. Where do you live? What are your stats? I'm 5'11" 182lbs. That's about all I know stat wise.
i do actually, and im a certified personal trainer. only i charge, but my advice will be free. So dont worry about that, but a day to day to day with nutrition and exercise and planning....thats not...what you need to know bro?

Hey dude! I would be interested in helping you out via PM, but it looks like you have a fair amount of response from others. I am not someone who has a lot of time at the computer to do the messenger thing, but I imagine if you started blogging about what you have been up to with your current workout and diet and asked for advice and input in your blog, you would get the variety of response that it appears you are seeking. Best of luck to you in setting and meeting your goals.
Hey Mate - how's the training been going? Sure, if any advice needed (and vice versa) just let me know - sorry can't im on my machine (its a work machine and the IT guys block things like yahoo/msn...bit crap I know).
i actually no longer have yahoo or msn... or aim for that matter. i got rid of all of that. didn't really use it as often to make me keep them. definitely let me know if you got any questions... i'm only beginning really, but definitely stop by and leave me a message. i'm learning just like you. well good luck and keep at it!
