How I Started:
I was tired of the way I looked and felt and wanted to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love the changes that are occuring to my body, the way I feel leaving the gym after a great workout, the challenge of pushing myself everytime I am in the gym and getting postive comments from people about how I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting small goals and accomplishing them, hearing positive feedback for people, seeing and feeling how my clothes fit.

None yet but thinking that competing might be fun

Like to add 15 pound of muscle and drop my body fat by Spring so that I will look awesome on the beach
Goal (Long):
Short term goals (Spring 07) - add 15 pounds of solid muscle and drop my body fat to look musclular and hard this coming spring.
Long term goals (Spring 08) - add 30 to 45 pounds of muscle, get my body fat to the 10% range and maybe even enter a contest.
I have continued to remain dedicated to my workout and nutrition program and have made some great progress over the last few months. My focus since the beginning of October has been to add muscle mass (Bulking). My dedication has resulted in adding over 20 pounds and a noticeable increase in...
Thanks man, I'll keep pushing myself and work to keep the diet on track. I kinda slipped yesterday and today. Mess hall choices aren't very good somedays! Excuses, I know...one or two days off-track won't KEEP me off...I'll be back on tomorrow!
