I was skin and bones during my childhood. I got a weight bench at age 14, but used it VERY rarely. Being 6'3 and weighing only 160 lbs., I finally decided to seriously take up weight training when I moved to Virginia in 2002.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to eliminate stress and I love seeing my body change. It's a very addictive activity that allows you to stay healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Putting together routines from magazines, seeing people in my gym, checking myself in the mirror, bodybuilding shows, and all the help I've gotten from people on here.
BB Accomplishments:
Developed a more leaner, athletic look and have put on almost 30 lbs of muscle. It's a start.

I am trying to put on size and would like to enter my first contest in 2009.
Put on as much mass as I can and improve abs, legs and chest in preparation for my first contest in the summer or fall 2009. I'm sooo amped!
Goal (Long):
I want to ultimately weigh about 200-215lbs. The combination of my height and body type (ECTOMORPH) makes it extremely hard for me to put on size. Once I accomplish this, I'd like to do a competition.
