How I Started:
After I my fiancé left me three weeks before our wedding I kind of let myself go. It’s amazing how much you can let yourself go and never really noticed. One day, my friend emailed me pictures from her wedding and I was shocked when I actually saw what I looked like. I was once a size 7, but nowhere near that now. On March 5, 2007 I took a long look at myself in the mirror and decided I can’t let myself continue this way and it was time for a change. That day I drove straight to the doctor to do a complete physical, so we can make sure I am healthy and stay healthy throughout the course of my diet and exercise. After that, I drove straight to the gym (Anytime Fitness) and started that day to transform myself back.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the increase of energy, happiness and confidence I feel. I love it because of how I feel but, of course, it does not hurt when I see family or friends and they tell me how good I am looking and how happier I look. Also, I can’t explain how it feels after an intense cardio session or weight training session, but I love that too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly think positive. I remind myself everyday why I am doing this. I tell myself, its ok if you don't drop the weight over night, b/c you didn't gain it over night. And I also have family and friends that support me and keep me motivated and wanting to do it.

This picture was taken two years ago. This picture you can cleary see the difference in me and what I look like now.
Between the picture to the left and this picture, I can see a difference. What do you think? I can tell a lot of weight has come off the front of me, like my tummy.. You can see it slimming. I like it.
My goal is to keep fit while having a safe and healthy pregnancy.
Goal (Long):
My fitness goals have changed. I am no longer aiming to make my body look lean and fit. Instead, I am working with a new trainer who specializes in pregnancy fitness, to gain the accurate amount of weight throughout my pregnancy and to keep my body fit and limber while keeping a safe pregnancy and still keeping fit. Once the baby comes, it will be ON back in the gym to get this baby weight off and my body back in the line to being fit.
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Yoga pants, or soft fitted pants. Most of my stuff I order from Victoria Secrets online. Believe it or not its really comfy to wear when working out. For the shirt, just a plan tshirt really. I could careless about how I look while there. I just wear whatever get there, do my thing and go home. I do not go to the gym to impress anyone. The gym is me time.Yoga pants, or soft fitted pants. Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
All I take is Lipo 6. I know it is a fat burner, but I get soo much energy and it lasts all day.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I just started working out and kinda mocked what people did in the gym rather than getting a trainer and learning what to do and how to do it properly and most effectively.
Why I like this video: On Saturdays and Sunday I LOVE being outside when I can. I love my cardio outside. I just started doing this when I workout on weekends in the mornings. I love starting my days like this.
I know its been a long time since my last post, so I thought I would fill everyone in on my current standings. As of June, my training and diet was alterted as I found out I was pregnant. I am now 32 weeks along, so in just 8 shorts weeks I will have a beautiful baby...
Awesome! He sounds like he has a wonderful mommy already! You will be just fine...Enjoy it! Even though he isn't born yet, they grow up so fast, its unbelievable! My oldest is 11 already!:(
LOL oh just wait!! I waddled like a son of a gun..talk about pressure toward the end of my 3rd trimester!! Holy God! At least you are doing things the right way..with me, I thought I could eat ANYTHING I wanted..sadly I was wrong and my 3rd pregnancy I got up to 292 lbs..NEVER AGAIN!! LOL
Thats great!! And shoosh!! You are having a baby!!! That is the greatest feeling in the entire world! I loved being pregnant! I didn't like the weight gain though!:( Its all worth it!
