In college worked out and then got out of it and got in terrible shape the past 5 years. Started working out hard the last year and a half

I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 5 days a week. Jump rope for 20 min or eliptical for 20 min followed by 10 min of jump rope. Some days I lift after cardio or I wait and come back in the evening. Day 1 I do chest, tris, and an ab workout. I do 2 chest exercises and 2 tri exercises...
