I have always tryed to stay in shape. i hate to sit around. I used to goto the gym when i was 17 and play around and learn little things from watching people.there wasen't much to do in my home town.Then when i was 21 i was trying to keep in shape for my job at the time i was climbing trees and cutting for the power lines and i saw some of the best pumped up looking people in the gym i was working out in and i wanted to look like that too.I watched my girl cousin get big and strong she was going for hw bb she looked great but i didn't want to go that route i wanted more figure look. i trained real hard but was working alot of hours but i finally got where i felt i was good enough to get on stage and two weeks before i entered my first show i ended up prego with my daughter so that was my first baby and i was afraid to keep training hard and eating low carbs so i called it quits had i known then what i know now i would of went anyways.but thats ok the next year i had my son and now i want to get back on track and atleast try to get back where i left off. I got alot of busting ass to do lol.I still wouldn't trade it for the world love my kids!!!although it feels harder to get in shape now or i'm just getting old lol.

I love the way it makes you look!! you feel sexy! it shows that ugly people can look good too!!It helps you feel better about u!! some people make you feel great when they give you insentives and tell you u have done a good job. thank you to those people!! u realy help alot!!
How I Stay Motivated:
my husband! we like to out do each other see who can keep in shape! but we all know men keep better meat lol!! when other people give you that push. when my little girl says i wanna work out like you mommy.

abs!! just got to get the bottem up to the plate.need lots of help on my legs but i'm trying hard. Anyone help??

Goal (Long):
I want to compete in figure. I have always tried to stay in shape and went to shows but never got the chance to be on stage and compete never realy knew enough about it but i am trying to learn.
well just got my first figure suit i am so lovin it. it black with crystals on it. i put it on and it fits better than i thought when i start to water loss it is gonna fit great i still need some work i am 6 weeks out and busten hump i don't know if i will even place but just to be there will...
for women, legs is the one part that loses the fat last, so don't worry too much as long as you're dropping body fat while maintaining lean mass. send me a private message if you want details.
i can only tell you what I did. everyone will give you a different story. cardio & diet. I regulated my carbs, but didn't get too low. also, I did 3 to 4 days of low intensity cardio for 20 min., keeping my HR between 120-130, and 3 days of high intenisty inteval cardio for 30 min. i kept my protein the same from day 1 of diet all the way through the day of my show.
as far as order goes, yes 6 meals daily. breakfast (oatmeal, egg whites), shake, lunch (chicken,veg), shake, dinner (bison,veg), snack (protein pudding): whole food is Always the better choice over powders!
hey sorry i sold that one long ago.. my workouts are on my page; constantly mix it up.. diet is plain, 'clean eating' by tosca reno is great.. i eat a lot of turkey, chicken and bison, veggies are spinach, broccoli, asparagus..also green beans. fats are flaxseed oil, almonds, natty PB. i use a lot of spices and marinades- which i know if a "No-No" but I can't eat my food completely dried out! Great looking little guy in training!! I have been suck a 225 for over 2 week that suck you can all most grab the goal but not really. I the whole family was sick last also not training felt my crap today is the first day in a week I am going to the gym cant wait. stick with it and you will get there
you have a great muscle mass. I think you must concentrate on your diet if you wanna see more drastic change. You re on the right way. You already have a great muscular and fit looking body. Keep going
Good comment, Thank. Well a dust storm has held me up at the airfield from leaving. I will be back soon and that is my motivation. I worked shoulders last night and will hit arms today. I’m catching a flight in the morning back to the U.S. I’ll be out of the loop for a while. I cant wait…15 months here in Iraq have been long. Stay Strong and stay motivated. Remember false motivation is better then no motivation at all. Lol. Mark
