Goal (Long):
I always thought weight loss was my goal. I have stayed in the upper 170's since I was a size 12, 10 and now 8 so I see that the scale doesn't know everything. If I had to give my magic number it would be about 140 lbs. Happiness would begin at 169!
I can see some definition happening and it keeps me excited and in the gym. I go at 4:30AM before work. So I really am committed to myself. My stomach doesnt seem to shrink, I really wish I saw more progress there and I have no butt! I have tried yoga, pilates, kickboxing, cardio- treadmill and elliptical, my butt just doesnt seem to improve lol. So all in all, I want this to be a life change that I can really enjoy and be excited about, so far I am doing great!
I am going to add my update here:
I began following a diet/exercise regimen the 26 of October, Today I weighed in at 169.5 (Nov 5), that has been my goal for 13 years. To say I am excited would be the understatement of a lifetime. I now need to come up with a new goal... There are 7 weeks until Christmas so my new goal is far fetched but its a goal right? I realize muscle weighs more than fat so this is only a weight goal..155.4...that is 2 pounds per week for a total of 14 pounds. wish me luck..UPDATE December 22, I weigh 166 but I do see progress.
New goal: to fit perfectly in a size 6 and weigh 161 in 8 weeks Monday February 16th 2009.
Ok so I haven't ever done this before so its a little weird for me. I have been on here for awhile and made some really neat connections with people that have great advice. I have posted some of the better of my progress pictures and its very inspirational to see the difference I am making. ...
you'll notice as you get more restricted on your diet that when you eat vegi's you start getting warm from the inside out from the metabolism boost, your digestive track will be better.. you'll poo more at first but your body will start using more of what you eat because of the fiber and poo less... You'll just all around feel better!
the list of fibrous vegis that I posted was pretty much the only half ways complete list and explanation i have found over the years.... I am not much on training woman as I havent alot.. but I do know you better eat your fibrous vegis if your a guy or a girl.. you'll notice a dramatic difference from high intake of them
