It is great stress relief. It's also awesome to be able to mold and shape the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to compete, and love to be the best. I will train hard to make that happen!
BB Accomplishments:
IFBB Figure Pro!!
2008 NPC National Overall Figure Winner
2008 NPC Southeastern USA Overall Figure Winner
2008 NPC Lakeland Classic Overall Figure Winner
Oxygen Magazine Future of Fitness October 2008 issue
Ms. Gainesville 2003
I jumped 5'11" in the high jump during the 2008 season, just missing the Olympic Trials qualifying standard by 3cm! I look to compete for Team USA next year in Israel.

If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere.
Actually, it would be really cool to build a fitness/sports empire. So many young athletes don't have a foundation to compete, such as proper running form, plyos, and weight training. I'd like to write a book or do a video that outlines training basics for power, speed, and explosiveness. Then follow it up with the intense stuff!
For track, I will jump 6' +!
For figure, I am training to win! It also would be great to help other competitors with training and diet.
He finally ended up taking it down after fighting with me about it actually being his and that I stole it off Flickr.
He didnt seem to have a way to argue that mine was posted on my page before he even joined.
Funny thing was, he had almost twice as many forum posts as me. lol
