A more consistent routine is helping my arms. Discovered single cable pulls for enhancing triceps.

1. Warm Up (no weights)
a) Arm rotations - 20 reps (forward/backward)
b) Tricep stretch - 15 seconds per arm
c) Arm lifts - 10 reps
d) Torso rotations - 20 rotations

Thank you!! You have a good weekend too. Good to see your training is going well. You look nice with the pistol on your hip. Marines and Soliders are so hot and TOUGH in uniform. The pistol just makes it even hotter. I love my husband in his uniform especially his flight suit. YUMMY!! He is a KC-130 pilot. LOVE him in his BLUES too. Anyway, have a good holiday also!!
