I started out by doing a video series on body space.(that we never completed), But it did give me a taste of what its like to be fit. It was my first time to really get into really doing a work out and cardio. I have been fortunate to have a high metabolism and staying fairly thin even through all my years of eating crap and not working out. However, now I wanna be lean and thin. Tight and firm!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I am strong and feel fit. I feel energized and happy! I love the confidence I have.
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines definately help! Everytime I read an article or a book it gives me that push to do better. I have a desire to become a fitness model but know I need to work harder to achieve that goal.
BB Accomplishments:
So far... my diet... I have went cold turkey (literally) or should I say chicken, b/c I changed that immediately and havn't looked back. Also the fact that I am working out and doing cardio at 6am. I am not and I repeat NOT a morning person, so to me that is an accomplishment.

Me, excited to take on this challenge! This will be a long, hard road, but worth it! C'mon! Bring it on!
I actually like this pic, even though it not at my fittest and during my binge the past few months. Hence the lil belly! :)
To maintain a healthy lifestyle and make it a constant habit to workout and eat healthy.. (with occasional cheats). To be more self motivated and disciplined to work hard to achieve maximum results that I know are within me! To gain all the confidence in the world when I walk into a room..head high, shoulders back, chest out, abs tight..you know what I'm talking about! :)
Ok so school started back!!! Woohoo!! I am so excited, I have a 4 yr old in pre k, 1st grader, and 7th grader! They of course are going all different directions and between all of them, involved in 7 activities and sports! I love it, I love staying busy! So I have started my cardio...
I also do circuit training with weights 4 times a week. We started concentrating on specific body parts now that I have some strength. I am still really fatigued after a workout. I absolutely love doing arms!
