So I went to the gym today ( early morning) and killed my shoulders and abs and went on the stair stepper for 30 mins; I usually go for an hour but time restricted me! And I am so tired.
Today was the first day of summer school and my class went great, I am a Economics Major and heading into...

keep up the good work....have you tried running sprints on the track...maybe 200 intervals...the best for firming legs, but and losing inches on the waist...but you doing good..

Beauty is in the shape of the muscle not in how skinny you can get. You should blast each muscle once per week and quit being phobic of getting bulky. Besides, most muscles are supposed to be bulky.
