about a mo. in trainingwise
Taken a week in on the HIT program. Please comment; critique!
Having a difficult time setting my goals. I know what I want to accomplish; gauging my progress has been difficult. Have been doing bodyweight workouts for about 2 mos. hings are moving along smoothly. Legs have seen some growth esp. in the quads, chest and upper back. Any advice or suggestions?
Man dood you know what I recently discovered, is that if you can get ahold o a barbell and a few plates you should do rows, those kick ASS for up upper and me back.
yeah, been working on getting some cannonballs put into my shoulders. I've seriously got to start hitting my traps a little more. I've been lifting really heavy lately and balancing it off with lots of plyometric stuff...muscles are screaming from today's workout.
Just finished my first bodybuilding show two weeks ago, got second in my weight class (muscle mania new york). I have my second one on saturday, hopefully winning the middle weiht division and competeting for overall. how about you man?
Things are going great! Finally starting to really gain on the big 3 lifts again. I even got a new pr on the bench with 240 the other day. I'm sure I will be at 260 by the end of this month. Just got to work my ass off. How's the bodyweight work going?
All you gotta do is tighten them up, extend your leg to tighten your quads, then tighten them up some more to make the muscles contract. When I pose from the side, I bend it to a good degree so that my lines on the ouside are showing well, and I have pressure on the leg.
