MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2008...I was in the parking lot of the grocery store today crossing from the lot to the store to get a shopping cart. Two trucks stopped to let me cross then slowly did the drive-by, rubber-necking thing as I made my way to the other side. Real nice and a compliment in and of itself.
As the one truck finished it’s “drive-by stare” the driver of the OTHER truck hollered to me, “NICE LEGS!!!”
WooooHoooo!! I was beaming! Smiling from ear to ear! It’s not unusual for me to get compliments or attention BUT!!!!!! I can’t recall anyone ever specifically HOLLERING to COMPLIMENT MY LEGS!!
Isn’t that so cool?!?!?!? I just HAD to tell you all :)

I like the "after" pics better than the "before" pics.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visiting the profiles of so many of the beautiful and inspirational women on this site. I have NO fitness friends in real life and my support comes from the compliments I receive from both men and women, young and old - they make me feel GREAT - like I'm on top of the world. Aaand, with the combination of a clean diet, working out and cardio....I FEEL GREAT!!
BB Accomplishments:
A Fashion Model photographer from NYC (a legitimate and published one) came into the Inn where I work, gave me his card and said he'd like to photograph me. I know it's not a "BB Accomplishment" but it's probably as close as I'll ever get and it was fun to be asked.
December 3, 2007 - I helped a g/f with a house tour this past Saturday and another Fashion Model photographer from NYC approached me, complimented my "look" (said I was very well "put together" - lol) and said he'd love to photograph me. It made me feel great!

Hey you! Thanks so much! I didnt have a glute routine listed, only cause i felt i had a long way to go! But ive been making great progress lately. So, i added a new blog! Its kinda in there:) how are you?
I was so happy to hear back from you and to know that you're doing better. I'm sure Dec.8 won't come fast enough for you and I know you'll do everything possible to aid in your healing so nothing will stand in your way when they day comes! :)
Just make sure to take your time and be fully and properly healed. No need to rush the process at this point and end up moving backwards instead of forward. Hang in there, hot stuff. It's all coming together!!!
REALLY GOOD GOT SOME GOOD INFO FOR NEW EXERCISES AND THEY ARE KICKING MY BUTT BUT FEEEELS SO GOOD TO STRETCH THEM OUT,ACTUALLY DOING PUSHUPS AND PULL OVERS NEVER THOUGHT ID BE ABLE TO DO THEM,WE ARE TOUGHER THAN WE THOUGHT
