Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My short term goal is to eat CLEAN and hit the gym or do cardio for 90 straight days, T-63 days!
Goal (Long): By my 23rd birthday which is november 20th (mark it on your calendars haha jk) i want to be a solid 205 lbs. Im not trying to just loose fat. I want to gain muscle mass and also tone up. I will post new pictures up as a progress.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 11%

I do a little cardio before my workout every day..then i ride 8-10 miles on my bike in the evening.

hey, ive been ok! nothing to exciting happening, just have an airforce test next week and at the end of the month too! got a new job and started today.. ohh its so boring! bring on the airforce please! traing hasnt been at my best, going to go for a run tonight, havent done that for a few days! been a bit slack! but been eating pretty well.. how bout you? you been eating clean? its so hard sometimes!

nice! good luck with the cardio. im trying to do more outdoorsy stuff (swimming and tennis) for cardio. Im still losing fat, but i gotta up the weightlifting and build myself up a little.

sounds like you had a great workout! i get to hit legs bright and early tomarrow :) i've never used ab straps, but i think it would isolate the abs more...that way you cant use your upper body for momentum.
