How I Started:
I have always been athletic and active but never too much into the whole working out thing, just kinda in shape by default.About 10 years ago I noticed myself getting out of control, I was having to buy bigger clothes and I just kept making excuses for myself.I decided to educate myself and started reading everything I could get my hands on. I went from eating late night junk things such as Burger kKing, Mc Donalds etc. to eating 6x a day. I went from 280lbs to 235 and loved the way I looked and felt. Boy have the times changed and have I slacked as of this writing 11/1/08 I am back up to 261lbs and hating it I want to get to about 240lbs! AND I WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS !!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I fel when I work out especially first thing in the morning, I love to se the changes my body goes through.
How I Stay Motivated:
THIS ONE IS A TOUGH ONE FOR ME, not so much the food, but I get easily distracted. Any advice will be greatly appreciated !!!

Goal (Long):
Just going to try to stay consistant, now that the summer is over and really kick it in around January or February. At that time I will go on a 90 day all out assult, so when the summer comes I can be beach ready !!!
It is Saturday November 1, 2008 and I am writing this blog with the hopes of getting motivated after my first workout in some time. I hope all of my friends visit my page and offer encouragement as I will try to do for you, I have run out of excuses and its time to but all the b.s behind me...
Who gave you such bad advice. PM me and I'll tell you for free. Ugh...I just hate hearing stuff like this. You need to rest and let those muscles repair and grow.....there is something called overtraining and it sounds like you may be doing that! :)

Oh, I don't mean that. I think if you've been hitting it real hard for 5 weeks and your in a bulking phase taking a week off can be real good for you. I'm a big believer in listening to your body for clues on that.
