How I Started: Growing up I was always the small kid , and that really started to get old. I got sick and tired of hearing someone say " that kid was almost as small as you"
Why I Love It: The feeling you get after a great workout is unlike anything else , and being in great shape is the way to live
How I Stay Motivated: Modivation was never somthing i struggled with , once i put my mind to somthing , thats just the way its going to be.
BB Accomplishments: In about 3½ years ive added roughly 25lbs of ripped muscle and did it all natural

Goal (Long): To reach 210lbs ripped , without the help of supplements. If i can stay injury free with no other distractions, I should be there in 2 years!
