When I Started: Feb, 2004
How I Started: I had played around with weights in high school, but it was not until college that a powerlifter friend of mine showed me routines and exercises that I really got into it.
Why I Love It: I just enjoy trying to get stronger and in better shape. It gives me alot of enegry and is great at relieving frustration.
How I Stay Motivated: Having been fat in high school keeps me from ever wanting to look or feel like that again. Also, watching the results from bodybuilding keeps me staying with it. Friends online and in real life are great support and inspiration. All glory to God for the transformation I have gone through.

I lift 3 days a week. Generally Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Mondays, for now, are Legs/Triceps. I make sure I do legs first to definitely get them in.
