Looked in the mirror one day in 2006. Got mad. Walked into the gym the next day. Got busy. Didn't look up for five months. Got hooked.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great inside and out.
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching the boys in the top six scrape and claw and babysit this site to make sure they stay visible. Laughter is so energizing. Actually, by seeing results from hard work in the gym and in the kitchen. The all-too-rare smile from my wife for my ass-busting efforts lol. The comments from my kids. And Herzog. Definitely Herzog.
BB Accomplishments:

Yes, I compete. Every. Single. Day. Oh, and abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
3:00 minutes. No more. No less. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I keep my workouts to 60 minutes, 75 minutes at the most. I rest three minutes between each set, and increase weight with each set. Then I crawl to the locker room and cry like a girl.
