Hello out there in Bodybuilding land.....I've been incorporating some dog crap and widowmakers once a week in for each body part and I'm seeing some quick results. I know this comes mainly from shocking my muscles so I'm trying to keep it as a rare thing. My biceps especially are reacting well...

No secret, just bust my ass in the gym doing weights at high intensity and eat enough food to recover and thats it! No special exercises or anything, your usual squats and presses and pull ups etc all the basics but heavy.. just go heavy :)

I am so excited, gained 7lbs of muscle in 2 months without gaining an ounce of fat... working hard..
