My first training results at the age of 14 . My biceps have grown to 10 inch , getting hard and strong . Stronger than the most boys arms at this age .  Pumped to 16,5 inch and strong enough to accept every challenge to compare strength at my job as event host .

I prepared my step dad´s wife for her first fitness competition .

She works as dancer so her legs was in great shape before we began to prepare her and it  was not nescesary to do a special workout for  her legs . Just building more separation .
I concentraded her workout on building...

dumbell curl and neck press

Als Hobbies hast du Armwrestling angegeben. Glaubst du ich hätte eine Chance gegen dich. Das würd mich interessieren. Oder muss ich da noch mehr trainieren. Ich weiss nicht ob es da unterschiede zwischen Mann und Frau gibt? lg rainer

Die 42,5cm hab ich heute nach dem Armtraining auch gehabt, mach im moment echt extrem gute Fortschritte seit ich im HIT-Style trainiere. Sind deine Oberarme auchschonwieder gewachsen? LG

Hey, Ja läuft alles Super :) Bin letzte Woche Freitag von der Klassenfahrt wiedergekommen, also war das die erste richtige Woche der Aufbauphase! Diät hab ich auf "low calorie" umgestellt, 2750-3000 pro Tag aber ich hab trozdem schon wieder reichlich zugenommen (aber nicht fett :) ) LG Julien
