In hs I did martial arts for four years, then in college I was in rotc for a while. I really got into lifting when I had a stint of of depression. I found lifting weights helped me fight it. Today I can't seem myself NOT lifting in my life.
Why I Love It:
The feeling and rush I get from lifting is great and nothing like it. Well...besides sex. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Beating personal bests and becoming bettern than I was the day before.
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlift 1RM: 495lbs.
Squat 1RM: 395lbs.
Reaching the 1200+ club soon!

I'm writing this simply because I have been asked a few times what my current training routine is like. I primarily got the idea of this by looking at Layne Norton's (str8flexed) routine and customized it to my needs.
