I used to date a personal trainer/body builder and he got me all weight lifting crazy!!! I also have a WONDERFUL son that I want to set a positive example for.

Sooo I decided I need to up my cals to 2200 maintain my workouts cardio 3 x a week and weights 3 x a week. 50% carb 30% P and 20% f. Steer clear from caffeine because it makes me even more anxious than I already am. I also decided to start taking meds (prozac) to help continue the progress...
