To gain muscle for basketball, needed upper body strength, and just needed to gain weight.
Why I Love It:
Good way to let go of stress, makes you feel better about yourself. Just the feeling it gives you after an intense workout is the best.
How I Stay Motivated:
i see people who cant even breathe after walking up a set of stairs. i never wanna be out of shape, i wanna look fit the rest my life. and feel good about myself when i leave the house in the morning.
BB Accomplishments:
i'm up to 180 now i feel a little over weight so i wanna lean out to about 170 think i'll feel better now at that. wanna feel comftorable around a swimming pool or the beach with my shirt off.
I want to transform my body, When i graduated i got caught up in the party scene a little bit. You know a 6 pack of beer can actually make you lose your 6 pack over night really. I caught that on time still but i dont wanna be fat ever, i wanna get my body to the best it possibly can be. And give my story to other people to try and inspire them.
Hi, Thanks! I hope 2 put on some more muscle in the future, but right now I really need 2 work on leaning up a bit! Of course I will always find something to work on improving...who doesn't?? LOL!
Yes I SO did eat those cookies!! My week was eventful but I got thru it :) I got into a Stone Temple Pilot sold out concert w/ my girlfriend on friday - we scored $49 tickets off some guy for $10!! It's good to be a girl! Now who's the Punk!!??? LOL
