Why I Love It:
because i can keep pushing myself harder and harder and keep getting results, and plus i like going places knowing if anything happened i wouldbe the first to help because lifting has gave me the strength and mindset to do anything i want
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing their are guys stuck in firefights for days on end with no hot food, no woman, no weights, just their will to live, if they can do that shit, lifting weights isn't SHIT..think about them next time you think you cant do something
BB Accomplishments:
just being able to lift weights everyday,and be as strong as i can be

to be able to rise above any problem and to be the first to help if needed,and i need my health for that, so pretty much i am training for the one moment where im goin to need to use everything i got, and the stronger i am mentally and strength wise is only going to help me,also to become a personal trainer(in the process) so i can help people turn their lives around for the better like i did myself.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
everyday your busting your ass your improving yourself, everyday you do nothing is a day of valuable training you lost and will never get back, plus someoone is getting bigger than you
Yeah I feel you, the pain is the only thinkg keeping me from getting my chest finished. Plus I don't want to take anytime off from the gym. 2009 is going to be my year!
I haven't Maxed the pullups in a while, but my current daily effort on Recon Ron is 10-8-6-6-6. Also haven't had the chance to play with Marines recently :(
