Why I Love It:
I loved working out because everyday you can get better than the day before and actually see the progress in the mirror!! The desire to be bigger and stronger than everyone. oh and look good for the ladies.
How I Stay Motivated:
Nothing better than friends saying how big you gotten since they last saw you!!
I stay motivated by just looking around at all the out of shape and unhealthy looking people around me!! That makes me work even harder just seeing the out of shape people around me!!

Been working out for about 5 years now. But decide to go hard core. A good start? Don't you think?
I've added some nice overall volume to my arms this summer. I've added about 20lbs in mass overall sicne last summer. I'm amazed at how big they haven gotten this summer. Many people in the last few weeks, told me how much big I've gotten since I last seen them. Is that a great feeling or what.
Remeber-when the Aliens come they will eat the fat people first!! I gained 20 lbs of muscle between Aug. 2007 and Aug. 2008. I plan on using the fall/winter period here. To make it very soild, very thick, and to gain a ton of strength also!!
Goal (Long):
Daily Goal: To get bigger and stronger than yesterday!! Always look young and fit!!!
Very Long Term Goal by age 35: End up at weight of 230lbs and bench press 400 +lbs!!
Fall/winter 2008 Goals: Gain pure strength and get leaner.
Getting bigger than ever and loving it!

Does serious full-body workouts with free weights, boxing, Olympic lifts, carrying and pulling heavy weights across the room.
[On her serious weightlifting workouts]: "I'm not a waif-like girl, and I like that. Never mind dainty; there's nothing even remotely ladylike about a squat."
"Our goal as women should be to discover who we are and not who we think we should be or who the world wants us to be. It's not our responsibility to be arm candy!"
USAW TV commercial
Played: 570
Description: USA Weightlifting is running a cute ad on some sports networks, in which a young, pretty brunette outlifts two moving men (at right). The girl in the video is Natalie Woolfolk, an Annapolis native who now lives at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
She was profiled last year in the Washington Post:
Woolfolk's one hang-up about weightlifting -- "that she would get really hulky and look like a football player," said her mother, Amy Frank -- dissipated quickly. Even now, Woolfolk's 5-foot, 4-inch figure remains counterintuitive. When she wears jeans that cover her massive quadriceps, she looks practically petite. Athletes at the Naval Academy joke that Kirk is the only Division I strength coach who wilts in weightlifting competitions against his skinny, 135-pound daughter. The weight are fake in this commerical. But that just to make it easy on here for the shoot!
