How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
for the big body parts i usually stick with 4x8 heavy with good form
for smaller body parts..ill stay around 3x12
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?

just ended my 5 week bulk last saturday took a few days off from the gym for recovery, starting my 3 week cut today. Holding at around 205 lately... a little sloppy but thats what a bulk is for. Did 20 mins hiit this morning on an empty stomach. Diet for this cut period will go...

yeah I am trying to get some work in my bi's and tri's, I get a thick back and a thick chest really easy, but for soem reason I just can't get that look, like the look you have, your bi's are just standing out really noticeable and mine are flat and boring.

hey big guy. no probs. i was going to the show. figured i would drop in on the pump room and give him a shout. he did great man. i told him to get on top of his legs (posing and cutting them up) and he will be unstoppable! whats up next for you? i may do the charm city classic. but for now focuing on the usbf battlefield classic on oct 18th.
