Started in weight traing class in high school and never stopped, and probably never will.
Why I Love It:
I love the way i feel when I look in the mirror, It also helps a lot with stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends work out with me and competing with them pushes me to train harder and harder. I also love the compliments that I get form my friends and family.

Goal (Long):
I have been the skinny guy all my life and recently I began bodybuilding and I am now able to take my shirt off the without girls laughing at me. lol! I want to be in the same shape as someone on a muscle or fitness magazine.

Wat up doe bro Your progress pics are coming along good. I've been doing more cardio and calisthenics to get rid of this stuburn Bf on my belly.Made some changes in my diet and I started to supp with lipo 6 and been seeing results each day so wish me luck brah!
Thank you, thank you =] And I believe everything is going well.. in regards to the competition. I just spent a week out of the gym and in bed with strep throat and all the goodies that come along with it. So, 7 days of 2500+ calories and nothing but sleep put on a few extra lbs. of fat that I didn't necessarily need, but other than that, I believe I'm right on track!!
