How I Started:
Well, when I was in Karate, I did a little bit of weight lifting, so my arms and legs could get strong. I didn't want to get bulky or fatigued that I couldn't move, haha, so I did only shourt workouts with light weights.
In the middle Feb. of '08 or so, I decided to get back in to the groove of working out. I still practice a little Karate on my own.
Why I Love It:
I love it when I feel the tightness of my muscles, especially in my arms and the pump. I also love it, because it's stress releasing and I am in my own world; and when I'm in my own world, I forget about the time and how long I've been working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirror, pictures, motivation, dedication, determination, focus, a strong iron will and telling myself that I want to look like "him" in a magazine and pushing myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting bigger and stronger; my friends and family telling me that I'm losing weght, my jean pants really loose around the waist, so therefore, having to make my belt on the last notch, but that's still not enough.
