How I Started: I wanted to better myself physically. Being in the Army, you need to be physically fit. I want to be more physically fit than I am and I want it to show.
Why I Love It: It gives me peace of mind and helps me to just relax. Along with that, it gives me energy to do things with my wife and kids.

Took my PT test on Thursday and ended up not being able to complete the run due to losing feeling in my leg. I am a little angry about that,  but I will get back on track and make sure that I can get through this and pass the next one. I am going to do some extra leg exercises to strengthen...

I won't actually be in Hawaii until tuesday afternoon. I'm in Ohio still, waiting to leave for the airport (in about 6 hours) and then it's back to warm weather. I cna't wait...it's freezing here!

Well, I got laid off from work at the Inn for the Winter (business is VERY slow). And I'm SO SORE from my workouts. But I'm not complaining...I'm feeling great from the surgery - just some slight discomfort at times. All else is good :)

Well, I've never been this content in my own skin. I still have things I'd like to improve upon, but overall I'm happy. And it feels great!

I'm not real sure on the dates! It started Dec.15 and I know that you have to purchase the Hydroxycut before Feb. 28, but I'm not sure when it ends! (April or May I think)
