started out as a power lifter, then saw how much better bodybuilders looked. been training on and off( sometimes 5 year stretches) for 40 years
Why I Love It:
It is just part of me. after a two year layoff for hip replacement and knee surgeries, I started working out again in July of '07.
How I Stay Motivated:
People seem shocked when they meet my children or grandchildren. The last comment was from a 33 year old girl, saying how could this be?, when she met my 29 year old daughter. You look way too young for a daughter that old.
BB Accomplishments:
I believe I am in better shape than most men my age. Now I am working on getting into really good shape!

Goal (Long):
Shoulders and arms havebeen growing, stomach shrinking. Eating better- looking better What more could one ask for.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Left shoulder- 5 years ago- Still working at getting better- hurt it dudoing flyes with 60 lb dumbbells. Now can't do more than 25 Pounders!That sucks!

Where do you get your workout programs?
Years and year of experience- work out partner with title holders- keeping up with muscle mags( especially Planet Muscle= the most realistic if you are not taking steroids). and most of all trial and error- whatever is working right now for me. Hey John! Thank you! The mud was a lot of fun! lol I gave myself a time out over the weekend...needed to get things done! But I missed not being able to be on here when i'm at work...lmao And I missed all of you guys!! So i'm a confirmed bodyspace addict who is just going to have to turn off the cpu when she's at home so she can get stuff done! lol
