I was inspired by reading magazines about Bruce Lee. I start doing push-ups, varius ab exercises, body weight exercises, etc. Then I started using 25lbs of weight plates. Eventually started working with with "real" weights for a spell when I was 17 or 18. I really just started hittin it hard December of 2004.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. I love the attention. I love the challenge of setting goals and achieving them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm never 100% satisfied with my body, so that keeps me focused on working harder. I know every minute I'm not training or eating healthy someone else is. Reading new articles and looking at fitness/bodybuilding magazines keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Just being able to continue working out regularly and maintaining a decent diet.
I'm trying to get up to 200-205lbs, and keep my bodyfat around 5-7%. I've been setting weight goals and achieving them all year, but once I do I'm still not satisfied. With my frame and build I think 200 should do it. I want to one day be on the cover of a fitness magazine, preferably Men's Health. I would also like to be a model for a brand of supplements.
When people find out that I workout I always get asked the famous question…What is your max on the bench? In my mind I say “I don’t max out, I workout”. I always tell them about 3 or I say I can’t take any chances maxing out back here by myself. My Friday workout is full body with...
Wish I could say things are going well in the gym, but that's not the case. Progress has been slowed by injury, work, injury, and I ain't likin' that one bit! Gotta get my shoulder fixed to do any quality lifting. Hope Christmas was good for you. Holla.
what's going cuz I am now a father my now is 2 weeks old, so the weight gainer is working for me now at 185lbs the heavy's I been yet I feeling stronger now

what's going on cuz's how is everything with you man I just want to tell you I starting on a weight gain supplement it's on my current supplement list I gain 4 lbs in a week taking it. Check it out I probably want to try it sometime

if my niece think you are sexy and i hope you stay smart like she is,that's fine with me just don't get the big head in the conceded kind of way, good luck with the body building.
o ok. i hear you on that. im hoping to compete in the spring of next year (possibly june) so right now im trying my best to bulk up. its mad hard though. as far as joint support supps naw i don't really take anything for that now, but i'm going to have to. i have tendonitis in my elbow that's gotten pretty bad lately. im glad your at least lifting hard still.
