My older brother told me when I was going into 7th grade that I should start lifting. He knew a kid that had gotten huge by starting out and never giving up. I didn't really take his advice and I seriously regret it. I lifted during weights class in high school but nothing real intense. After high school I read a book called "Making the Game" by HHH. That kind of got me going. When I transferred back home for college I got a job at GNC and started to work with a guy that was as into lifting as I was. That really got me motivated and that's how I got here.
Why I Love It:
It gives you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that you are working hard towards something and seeing yourself improve along the way. You're fighting for something better and not settling with the mediocre.

What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?
I want to gain up to 70 lbs. of muscle. I want to do it the right way and set small goals along the way. I've always looked up to the Superstars in the WWE and I just want to get big and get ripped like them.
So yesterday I got my bench up to 200 for the first time ever. That was always my weakest lift throughout high school. I'm not bragging about 200 cuz it's no where near what I want it at but it still feels good to finally see results like that. Throughout high school I don't think it ever...
Currently lift weights 4 days a week. Heavy Day of Shoulders, Triceps, and Chest on Monday. 2-4 Sets at 6-10 Reps each.

thinks are good here. just recently put up 230 on the bench. that was pretty cool. would like to get to 250 by the end of summer. how are things going for you? your looking ripped man.
whats your routine for weights? nutrition? Supplements? looking for any advice you may have . How did you get your abs? and your chest? I am looking to get those two parts up to speed . Thanks
