When I Started: Apr, 2004
How I Started: I got hired at the Y to get a break on my membership. My job was cleaning the fitness center. A strength training class was being held the same time I cleaned. Started taking the class, then helping with the class, then getting certified and now teach my own classes!
Why I Love It: I want to be healthy and set a good example for my daughters. I want to show them how to set a goal and achieve positive results.
How I Stay Motivated: I'm not going back to the fat jeans.
