I did it on and off now I want to get serious about it. I am just starting out after few years of just living like shit. Eating anything and drinking all the time, a party life. It ruined my life in many ways. A new start involved hitting the weight room and changing my life style. Eating right and getting enough sleep.
Why I Love It:
To look good and feel good and it keeps me on the right track.
How I Stay Motivated:
i think "it all for the best"
BB Accomplishments:
I graduated college in 2005 at 125 lb now I am at about 150. I want to get up to 185 someday.

Day 1 – Biceps, Back, and light abs workout
Day 2 – Chest, Triceps, and light abs workout
Day 3 – Legs and big abs workout
Day 4 - Shoulders and light abs workout
Right now no cardio and I try not to take any days off. With this routine all the muscles get the right amount of rest.
I appreciate it. Keeping with it is actually easy, as I love working out. My whole day centers on that one hour of the day. I'm against those bulking/cutting phases, however. I am just trying to add lean muscle mass. It can go slowly, but that's how it is.
Hey man, your looking pretty buffed there in your resent progress pics! Are you taking any roids or is that all natural? Man, you and I could get all the chicks if we went out on the town some night together!
Hi Peter - I responded to your note - look under your 'friends' on the right hand toolbar. I really appreciate receiving your friendship invite, and all the kind words. You look great - we both have the same mindset and goals. I hope you'll feel comfortable to drop in every now and again and let me know how your training goes :) all my best to you, Jen
Well that sounds like a good plan but fat is fat bro. It's all gonna come off at the same rate no matter what kind of food it came from. If you want to prevent gaining too much fat, try avoiding sugar and saturated fat as much as possible.
new pics and vids for me up tonight. new fitness assessment in my forum thread confirmed 15 lbs lost and 3% of my bf%! comments welcome. what has improved? how are you my friend?
