Putting on to much weight and constantly outgrowing my pants is what initially got me started. (my butt got big) I didn't realize how much weight I put on until i saw some vacation pics. It all started there.
Why I Love It:
The sport has given me pride, confidence and a lot less bodyfat. never in my wildest dreams did i ever, ever think i'd be working out, competing and personal training. i didn't know it when i started, but this whole process was a dream come true.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated mostly through competing and helping others reach their competitive goals. Plus I feel sooo much better than I did years ago.
Reaching goals - Naturally!
BB Accomplishments:

I'm back to my old school workouts. Lots of free weights and old school exercises. The only exercises that will be missing are squats and hacksquats. Too many knee injuries over the years to take any more chances.
Being a lifelong natural, it can be challenging to put on muscle but I've...
Hey, Teresa! Thanks for making my 2008 a grand one. I wish you prosperity and good health in the New Year, as well as a continued friendship. Keep the Glock aiming true and being sensational.
Wow! Teresa, what a transformation. The lady in the first progress pic looks like your mom. Can't belive that is you. Keep up the great work and stay looking hot. ;) - Later
A cruise perhaps? Vegas? The Himalayas (did I spell that right? :D)? Regardless of your destination, I wish you and yours a fantastic trip. And that's a great bit of motivation as well. I could start saving now for Christmas in Florida in 2009. It's been more than 10 years since I rode a motorcycle from PA to FL. We had sixty degrees here in PA yesterday! No white Christmas here. :p
