How I Started:
I broke my back a few years ago. 3 surgeries and a couple of titanium plates later my surgeon said get into shape or learn to love a wheelchair. I was not particularly fond of that option.
Why I Love It:
It is keeping me out of that durned wheelchair and I am starting to feel almost as good as before the injury.
How I Stay Motivated:
lmao,,,see above. That and my kids! I want to be able to things with them, not sit back and watch. I have gone from 250lbs to 215lbs, my strength is coming back and i feel good again.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 35+ lbs

I strength train 5 days a week working 1-2 body parts each day. I follow this with a heavy bag workout of 30-45 minutes. I take creatine before and after each workout.
